Attorney Dilruba Hashim has extensive experience in
immigration matters including employment, business, investment, family immigration as well as Naturalization and Citizenship
matters. She has successfully represented clients throughout the United States including J-1 Physicians,
nurses, physical therapists, accountants, business executives and managers, entrepreneurs and investors, engineers, computer
professionals, researchers, teachers and professors, students and trainees, exchange visitors, religious workers, health care
providers, corporations, educational institutions, US citizens and legal permanent residents and their families among others.
She takes great interest in J-1 Physician related matters and has successfully handled cases of clients throughout the United States.
She is admitted to New York Supreme
Court Bar. She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and
New York State Bar Association. She is actively involved with AILA DC Chapter Advocacy Committee due to her
passion for immigration issues and regularly participates in lobbying efforts by AILA. She obtained a law degree form
Columbia University, School of Law, New York, NY. She also has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Ohio University,
Ohio.
